What's That Smell??!!
Well, what was looking like a quiet ending to my day just vanished! Sophie got sprayed by a skunk!! DH let her out back without her being on a leash and the next thing I knew Sophie came flying in the house with a panicked DH after her saying "I think Sophie got sprayed by a skunk!" We grabbed her and tried to immediately wash it off with dish soap and then I decided to throw on some semi-normal looking clothes and buy some feminine products that I read online that are good for getting rid of the skunky smell. DH is bathing her in it right now. I'll let you know if it works!

I heard that tomato juice is supposed to work as well - good luck - sorry to hear that your day ended so poorly!
Yes, I worked with a woman in SA who swore by tomato juice for getting rid of skunky smells. Her pets seemed to get sprayed all the time, so she was the expert!
OMG! I hope it all comes out well! Ick!
